Frontier Communication (nee Verizon FiOS) // May 17 Speed Report

Below you see a chart of the upload/download speeds for the month of May 2017, taken at hourly intervals. Still looks pathetic.


Will it ever get any better?  How does AT&T stack-up?  help.

Unfortunately, Frontier can still argue they are providing me the rates I am paying for (on a  monthly averaged basis).
