Father of Four: Sushi Eating // Bubble Fish // Philly (i)

So I've tried to go to Fat Salmon Sushi (Google shows 100 reviews with a 4.3) twice now. Their hours says 10p close. I arrive at 945p but they won't serve me bc their last seating is 930p. The kitchen literally closes at 10p.

Instead I'm eating at Bubble Fish (71 reviews, 4.6), which closes at midnight.

Ambience: Modern and cool. BUT, BYOB. :(

Ordered: TGI Fresh Roll, Tuna Princess, STHR, +miso. (~$40)

Thoughts: bowl of miso was huge. STHR was ordinary with a crunchy-ness to it. The TGI Fresh Roll (first photo) also tasted ordinary. Not quality fish. Tuna Princess (second photo) was meh. Can't honestly believe this place got a 4.6 out of 5. They also don't accept Amex.
