So my treadmill jog is done according to Fibonacci: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34...
Here's how it works:
(0) resting at 1 min between intervals;
(1) in put the incline at 2%;
(2) warm-up until 3 minutes;
(3) at a 5km walk;
(4) then I jog at a 8km pace;
[alternating between walking and jogging]
(5) for 13 minutes (hoping to quit);
(6) at 21 minutes I desperately want to quit and do quit on weight-days; else I
(7) jog until 34 minutes.
End.
(interesting side note, you can estimate the conversion between miles & km using Fibonacci, where the first number is miles and the next number is km, e.g., 3 miles is 5 km, 5 miles is 8 km, etc.)
