So this was a bit of a wonky month as you can see below. We bought a new (Smart) TV and I moved another one in the house into my office, where I also put the Pi. In this new location the Pi was connected to WiFi and thus < 100Mbps. To rectify this I bought a CAT5 cable to connect the Pi to a 1G router and the results you can also see. And then for some reason it reverted back to a < 100 Mbps. The chart speaks for itself.
