Things are starting to look consistent, but still not over 300M d/l, or 150M u/l. I think it's related to the Raspberry Pi 3 I have and the USB/NIC attached thereto. I tried my work Lenovo Thinkpad that had rates of 575 Mbps down & 876 Mbps up:
